FAQ

Do you offer trials for hair and/or makeup?
A trial is an efficient way for the bride to meet our stylists. It is a 1-hour, trial preview for the bride, which is included with your deposit. We also offer a 2-hour, full service makeup and hair, for an additional $70. If you would like multiple looks, your reservation will be 3 hours, for an additional $90. Your preview preference needs to be decided at the time scheduling to ensure the stylists has adequate time. We would also love your Pinterest page to see what you see! Other party members are also welcome to book trial runs, but will need to do so separately and are not included in the package price.
How much does it cost?
We have a beauty budget for almost every bride! If you are not looking at a bridal party it could be as little as $133 for and individual bride for hair and makeup. A bridal party of six could be upwards of $2000 for hair, makeup, facials, eyelash extensions. It is free to schedule a consultation to customize your package to your bridal budget.
How long does it take?
The excitement of getting ready with your bridal party should last between 3 and 4 hours. We love coordinating with photographers to make it the smoothest part of your day.
What does it include?
Your personal bridal beauty consultant will help navigate your day. We offer this service complimentary to our guests.  Our services are catered to your needs. We offer simple looks to glam hair and makeup.  You will also receive a customized plan leading up to your special day. The bridal makeup includes our glam makeup option and you can add on airbrush makeup if you like.
Do you travel?
We love to travel! It will depend on how many are in your bridal party. Any party under 4 we recommend coming to the salon. We do not charge for travel to Garden Grove Event Center!
Is there a service minimum?
Service minimums for both wedding makeup artistry and hair design are as follows: from April through October, a 4 person minimum for both hair and makeup services is required. From November through March, a 3 person minimum for both hair and makeup services is required. If the number of persons is less than the minimum requirement, the minimum amount will be charged in the total amount due. Children age 12 and under are not included in minimums, but are always welcome for services. The bridal party must arrive with clean, DRY hair.
How early do you start? 
For any service requiring an arrival/travel time prior to 8:30 am, an early morning fee will apply. This fee starts at $50 and is assessed in additional $50 increments for each additional 30 minutes, or portion thereof, prior. For an arrival/travel time prior to 5:30 am, overnight accommodations must also be provided.
Do you travel, do Holidays, or Sundays?

There will be an additional fee for any travel. A $15 fee per stylist for anywhere in the Carbondale, 62901 zip code. Additional travel miles will be figured as .55 per mile, round trip, and will be added to the initial $15 fee. Parking fees will be added to your total if applicable. For any bridal package to be performed on a Holiday or Sunday and additional fee of $150 will be applied. These fees will be added to the total balance of the package.
What happens if we run late?

If the timeline exceeds the quoted contract timeline on the client’s behalf, a $25 hourly rate per stylist. If the bridal party is late for the start time on the contract we will do our best in the time remaining time to complete all the services scheduled; however, no amount will be refunded for any services not completed. If the bridal party is 30 minutes late, the reservation will be forfeited.
Do you offer touch ups through out the night? 
Touch ups for the evening may be hired at $50 per hour. No later than 9pm.
How do your deposits and payments work? 

Deposits equivalent to 50% of the total balance is required at the time of reserving bridal package services; the date will NOT be held without the full deposit. All deposits will be the responsibility of the party signing the contract. Payment is due on the final balance no later than 2 weeks prior to the date of service. There will be a $30 fee added for any bounced checks.
What if I have to cancel?

If the client must cancel the booked event or any services on a contract, the deposit will NOT be refunded or transferred to another bridal party or service. Services may be cancelled no later than 30 days before the scheduled service date, in which case the remaining contract balance is due and payable immediately.
